We, like many, are struggling but we are persevering in this uncertain time.
During lockdown we have held a Half-Marathon, a 10 mile and a 10km virtual race which have gone down really well with participants, kept people motivated and had fun. Next up is a virtual Cadair X on 29 Aug.
All of these races have been free to enter. We just wanted to have some positive impact that people could access quickly at no charge.
POSTPONEMENTS DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Anyone who has entered an event will receive an email (to the email used on sign up) with details of any postponements. If the new date doesn't suit please consider deferring to 2021 or transferring to any of our other events.
You can transfer the value of your entry to any of our running, swimming or swimrun events, or swap it for one of exclusively designed, high-quality Hoodies or Jumpers made from 100% organic cotton - browse our shop.
Refunds are an option, but with significant costs already outlaid for the 2020 season we ask you to consider all of the transfer and deferral options. We do however understand if you request a refund.

It's been very challenging to try and keep events alive in 2020, particularly in Wales. It would have been very easy just to cancel everything but we wanted to give our participants hope and events to train for before winter sets in. We believe the mental and physical benefits of our small outdoor events our worth fighting for.
We are a small, nimble organisation, with your continued support we will get through this, and continue to provide challenging, adventurous and fun events for years to come.
