IS IT FOR ME?
The one day itinerary is suited to long distance walkers and marathon runners. We can provide comprehensive training advice, and kit list once booked. It's a very long day out in the hills, expect to be moving for 15 hours.
When training for such a challenge it can be useful to target the following run times:
● 5km - sub 24 min
● 10km - sub 50 min
● Half-marathon - sub 1hr 50 min
● Marathon - sub 4hr 15min
Make no mistake, we will be walking, but if you can hit these targets it will give you a good baseline fitness.
If you are looking to take on the Welsh 3000s then this is ideal training. We can provide advice and full guiding on the Welsh 3000s challenge if desired.
