For 2023 we will be based out of Cadair Tearoom in the tranquil Dol Idris Nature Reserve. Dolycae, Tywyn LL36 9AJ.
Our recommended camping at Dol Einion Campsite, a great place to stay.

Some fabulous route changes for 2023 make this an even more beautiful course.

Possibly the most beautiful sprint swimrun course in the UK plays out like this:

I just think Tal Y Llyn Swimrun is the essence of what swimrun is about. Journeying through a beautiful part of nature by land and water.
It hit home when I took the dogs part of the way up Cadair Idris and looked back on the glacial lake, and had a real 'this is it' moment.
