The Eliminator Swimrun is coming to Tal Y Llyn!
A stunning course in a beautiful part of Eryri - Snowdonia National Park, at the foot of Cadair Idris. The hamlet of Tal Y Llyn is nestled on the shores of Llyn Mwyngil, a beautiful glacial ribbon lake.
The Breakdown
Each lap has a total of 1.4km of running and 800m of swimming. A potential of 6 laps covering 13.2km of awesome swimrunning.

- Run 1: 700m

- Run 2: 700m

I just think Tal Y Llyn Swimrun is the essence of what swimrun is about. Journeying through a beautiful part of nature by land and water.
It hit home when I took the dogs part of the way up Cadair Idris and looked back on the glacial lake, and had a real 'this is it' moment.
