The WILD SWIMMING CODE
In 2011 Mike wrote the Wild Swimming Code for Natural Resources Wales, with Dan Graham. It went on to be launched at the Sustainable Recreation Event in July 2013, alongside the updated Countryside Code, Angling Code, and Canoeing Code, with official approval from the Welsh Government's Minister for Culture and Sport, John Griffiths AM.
Our work on this code is as relevant now as it was then so please take time to read it, particularly if you are new to the open water environment.
