I can confidently swim 100m in cold water, and acknowledge that the water depth is 2m.
The sessions are lifeguarded, however I agree to swim at my own risk.
Bright swim hats are compulsory, available to buy or borrow.
First time? Have a chat with the on duty lifeguard when you turn up.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parent and wear a tow float.
