We'll cover everything.
If you are new to swimrun bring what you normally run in, and a wetsuit. Of course if you have a swimrun wetsuit bring it!
Bring any other kit you wish to try/modify.
Expect water temperature in Tal Y Llyn to be between 15 & 17 degrees; in Aberdyfi between 13 & 15 degrees.
We keep the max group size small to ensure a high quality experience for all participants.
Rough location times:
- Aberdyfi, 10am to 12:30pm
- Tal Y Llyn, 2pm to 4pm
