Starting form Aberdyfi beach swim all the way to a pebbly beach where the River Tafol joins the Dyfi Estuary.

We will reach the pebbly beach around high tide, this is the turnaround point (4km).

Groups will be a maximum of 10, all of which must meet the pre-requisite open water swim speed of 3km/h, sustained over 2hrs.

This swim is always different, but expect to be finished within 2h 20m.

We will be in touch with all participants with exact meeting times/location.
