Open to all, fast and slow, 1 lap of a 1km course.
Great practise for races, and just nice to clock a time over the distance with some friendly competition.
Disclaimer
I can confidently swim 1km in open water, and acknowledge that the water depth is 2m.
Lifeguards are on the route, however you swim at my own risk.
Bright swim hats are compulsory. Tow floats optional.
Under 18s must wear a tow-float. Parents must be present.
