I can confidently swim 200m in open water, and acknowledge that the water depth is 2m.
The sessions are lifeguarded, however you swim at my own risk.
Bright swim hats are compulsory. Tow floats advised.
First time? Have a chat with the on duty lifeguard when you turn up.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parent and wear a tow-float.
