Each lap is a total of 2.5km (2km run, 500m swim). The cut off time for each lap:
- Lap 1: 26 min
- Lap 2: 24 min
- Lap 3: 22 min
- Lap 4: 20 min
- Lap 5: 18 min
- Lap 6: Now it's an all out race!
You'll surprise yourself how far you can go!
