Tal Y Llyn, 9:30am to 12:30pm


Aberdyfi, 2pm to 4pm


We'll cover everything.


Bring what you normally swimrun in. If you are new to swimrun bring what you normally run in, and a wetsuit.


Bring any other kit you wish to try/modify.


Expect water temperature in Tal Y Llyn to be between 15 & 17 degrees; in Aberdyfi between 13 & 15 degrees.


We keep the max group size to 6 to ensure a high quality experience for all participants.
