The race all takes place in Aberdyfi, a small fishing village on the southern edge of Snowdonia National Park, and within the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere.

The Breakdown
Each lap has a total of 1.3km of running and 700m of swimming.
- Run 1: 280m
- Swim 1: 520m
- Run 2: 910m (men); 810m (women)
- Swim 2: 180m
- Run 3: 130m
The women's course has 100m less of running - this is the short chute! You can toggle in the map above between Male & Female.

Aberdyfi Swimrun is the Final in the Sprint Category of the My Swimrun Championships.

Tyddyn Rhys Farm has basic camping with stunning views over Cardigan Bay, 10 mins walk to registration. Trefeddian Uchaf has two well equipped caravans, 15 mins walk from registration.

Pilot Event, 2021
The pilot event saw Kez Traynor win the Solo category, whilst Portia Rees Jones & Max Hallam won the Team category (Team Name: No Room For A Mascot).
